I’m upset, dear, readers.
I’m upset because I wrote a very long, introspective blog that magically disappeared, (even though I am positive that I saved it as I went along). Just disappeared.
And when I’m upset, either ugly things can happen, or beautiful things can happen. For instance, one “beautiful” thing I usually will do, is to channel it into writing and venting verbally. Healthy! However, given the situation at hand, writing a blog just seemed a bit too cruel and somewhat ironic of a therapeutic remedy – seeing as I’d just LOST a blog.
So – let me just clarify – this is NOT a blog
Thus, we’ll switch to “ugly”. Ugly means of getting through my time of sorrow. Some ugly things I like to do are snarl at the people close to me, and even just put the ones I like on blast. Exposed – for the world to laugh at. So, we’ll go with the latter.
As I was flipping through TV channels, I came across the Lady GaGa-Thon running on Fuse (ie – lots of music videos of her dancing in innovative getups, mixed with interviews of her talking about how her outfits are so different from what anyone has ever done before).
That’s why when I tuned in to a specific scene of the “Bad Romance” video, I couldn’t help but be reminded of the age before the ipod…Way back. A decade plus. Something seemed a tad too… familiar. Then, it finally hit me:
Hah! Seems as though someone has been caught – caught in a bad re-vamp, that is~!! (Or better – if you like pleather).
Don’t get me wrong, I like Gaga. But, as I said, bad things happen to even my favies when I get upset. So, watch out.
And if you don’t recognize the upper screen capture video reference, then you didn’t watch nearly enough Beavis and Butthead as a child… (The song is “Tonight, Tonight” by the Smashing Pumpkins)
Sigh. Maybe they’ll join forces into “CorGa” one day. I mean, she already teamed up with Lauper, who kinda looks like a girl version of Billy Corg, no?
